This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through kschoice.com.au. We sell and ship products only within Australia, and this policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within Australia. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction; if you change your mind or encounter a defect, here’s how returns and warranty claims work.
1. Returns (Change of Mind)
Eligibility:
You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
We do not accept returns of products whose boxes have been opened or that show signs of use.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our support team at support@kschoice.com.au within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number, name, and reason for return.
We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Ship the item back to us unopened, using a trackable service—return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Limited Warranty (Defects & Faults)
Coverage:
We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products sold and delivered within Australia.
This warranty excludes cosmetic wear and tear, damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized disassembly.
Warranty Claim Process:**
Register your product online at kschoice.com.au/register and retain your proof of purchase and serial number.
Contact support@kschoice.com.au with your RMA request, including proof of purchase and serial number.
We will verify your claim and, if valid, issue an RMA number and return instructions.
You’re responsible for shipping costs; warranty shipping is non-refundable.
Remedies:
At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective products free of charge.
Replacement items are covered by the remainder of the original warranty period; they do not extend it.
3. Exceptions & Exclusions
Products purchased through unauthorized resellers are not covered.
Accessories and consumables may have different policies; refer to individual product listings.
