  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST will be dispatched the following business day.

  • Potential Delays: During high-volume periods, dispatch may be delayed by 1 business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Most Australian addresses receive parcels within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or regional areas may take up to 7 business days, depending on the carrier.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of AU$8.98 for all orders, Australia-wide.

  • No free shipping thresholds currently apply.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

  • Use the link provided to track your shipment in real time via the carrier’s website.

5. Undeliverable or Lost Parcels

  • If a carrier returns your order as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

  • For lost parcels, please reach out to us at support@kschoice.com.au. We will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
