1. Dispatch Schedule
Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day.
Processing Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST will be dispatched the following business day.
Potential Delays: During high-volume periods, dispatch may be delayed by 1 business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Most Australian addresses receive parcels within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Remote or regional areas may take up to 7 business days, depending on the carrier.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of AU$8.98 for all orders, Australia-wide.
No free shipping thresholds currently apply.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
Use the link provided to track your shipment in real time via the carrier’s website.
5. Undeliverable or Lost Parcels
If a carrier returns your order as undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
For lost parcels, please reach out to us at support@kschoice.com.au. We will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
