Warranty Policy

At K’s Choice, we take pride in the quality of our products. All devices purchased through kschoice.com.au are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Electrical or functional faults under normal use

  • Issues arising during the warranty period that are not caused by misuse

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, fading, etc.)

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, drops, or accidents

  • Damage caused by use with non-compatible chargers or accessories

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our support team at admin@kschoice.com.au with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  2. Our team may request photos or a short video to help assess your claim.

  3. If your claim is valid, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for return.

  4. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products for assessment.

  5. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Remedies

  • Approved claims will be handled by repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

  • Replacement products are covered by the remainder of the original warranty period (they do not reset or extend the warranty).

Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
